Wool in the Woods Fiber Festival 2026

The Festival Activities

​

Mill Tours 11am and 1pm

Hands on Wet Felting for all ages Demo 

10 am and 2pm

National Spin in Public Day is September 19th!

Bring your wheel or any fiber project you would like to work on and join us under the community tents that will be set up to meet other fiber enthusiasts.

​

The high tunnel and garden will be available to walk during the duration of the day.  Feel free to take a stroll through them, we ask that you stay on the paths and do not harvest.

​

Please no dogs.  We have Livestock Guardian Dogs on the property that will be in a pasture but accidents happen and we are trying to prevent that.  We also have numerous breeds of animals on our property and not all dogs can be trusted to behave.

Vendors 2026

​

Autumn Larch Farm- Yarn and roving from Coopworth Sheep, wool products, handcrafted local oils soaps 

The Layzee Farmer- Wool roving, yarn, corespun, rugs, scarves, hats, soaps, skulls, pelts, and cloaks

Diana’s Dream Fiber Farm- Wool in variety of stages, wool products

ShabbyWoolJanes- Handspun yarn, Mill spun yarn and roving from the flock of BFL sheep

The Olive Tree Fiber Arts- Knit and Crochet Accessories and Apparel

Dream Weavers- Hand made glass beads/jewelry, black ash & pine needle baskets, roving

​

Maple Ridge Farms- Locally harvested Maple Syrup and Maple Products along with baked goods

Vendor Expectations

Vendors must be finished setting up before 9 am Saturday September 19th.

Vendors may not pack up before the end of sales at 3:00 pm on Saturday.

Vendors must provide their own tent, table and chairs.

Vendors will be allowed to drive their vehicles to their set-up locations.  We will then have you move your vehicle after unloading to the parking spaces.

Pets are not allowed, we have dogs, cats, and livestock on our property.  We are asking that vendors and the public do not bring their pets due to the concern of our own safety.

Load in time is Friday 2 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 6 am to 8:30 am.

Load out time is Saturday 4 pm to 6 pm.

Vendors are expected to comply with all laws and regulations related to anything they are selling in their booth. 

Vendors are expected to be kind to other vendors, customers, and volunteers. In addition, vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and business-like manner

We will be advertising on Instagram, Facebook, and through flyers and emails.  Once our vendor list has been determined we will be sending out confirmation along with further information for the day.  We are looking forward to making this a great event!

By paying your vendor fee below you are agreeing to our terms.  As a vendor you acknowledge that this festival is being held on the private property of Twisted Oak Farm and Woolen Mill.  The vending space is being held outside unless inclement weather and in which case vendors will be housed in the barn and the pole shed.  By paying your vendor fee and agreeing to these terms you will also agree not to hold Sean Stockton, Cerissa Stockton, and Twisted Oak Farm and Woolen Mill liable for any damages to personal property or injuries during the set up, sale time or tear down of the event.​
