Policies and Procedures

Services: We strive to provide only the best services for you here at Twisted Oak Farm and Woolen Mill. We are human, however, and occasionally mistakes can be made. In that circumstance, we will correct them to the best of our ability.

Payment:  A down payment is required at the time of wool delivery. Please include a check with your Client Intake Form if you are shipping, or plan to bring your checkbook if you're delivering your wool in person. Receipt of your down payment will insure your spot in the processing line.  Full payment of your invoice is expected within 30 days of invoice sent.  If no payment is received within 30 days, a $50 late fee will be assessed onto the invoice.  Within 60 days of no payment received, your finished product will become property of Twisted Oak Farm and Woolen Mill.

Completion:  Pick up of completed products is expected within 10 days due to our limited space.  Any wool products left at the mill beyond 30 days immediately becomes property of the mill and your payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable. We will assume you've moved to a much warmer climate and are no longer in need of your wool to help keep you warm.  We realize life happens and things get in the way of travel.  Just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
